Turkish-style salmon with hemp seeds:


4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down.

Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.

Sprinkle the hemp seeds over the top of the salmon fillets.

Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve the salmon fillets hot, with lemon wedges on the side.
